For run clubs · Launching in Vadodara & Ahmedabad

Light up your city.

Every run lights up the streets for your club. Stop running, and your part of the city goes dark.

Free for runners. Android first.

The problem

Saturday is easy.
Wednesday is where clubs lose people.

01

The group run works

Forty people, one start time, someone expecting you there. That's why run clubs work.

02

Then it goes quiet

For six days the club lives in a WhatsApp group. Nobody can see who ran, who's getting fitter, or who quietly stopped.

03

New members drift

Without anyone noticing, new runners fade out in a few weeks — exactly the people a club most wants to keep.

How it works

Your club's runs, on the map of your city.

  1. 1

    Join your club

Your organiser shares a link in the club's WhatsApp group. Tap it and you're in — no forms.

  2. 2

    Run like you always do

Track in Flint, or keep your current running app — Flint is being built to pick up runs through Android Health Connect, so you don't have to switch.

  3. 3

    Light up the city

Every street you run glows in your club's colour. Together, your club lights up its part of the city.

The rules

Two sentences. That's the whole game.

The club that runs a block most in a week owns it.

Stop running it, and it burns out.

The Saturday group run lights up a lot of the city. Weekday runs keep it lit. Skip a week and it fades — or a rival club outshines you and takes it.

Try it: play a week of your club's running.

Day 1 0 0

Your club, Sunrise Runners, hasn't run yet. The city is dark.

Sunrise Runners (you) Night Owls

For runners

A reason to run on a Tuesday.

Know when you've been outshone

When a rival club takes your streets, you'll hear about it — while there's still time to take them back.

Flint · now Night Owls outshone you at Law Garden. One run takes it back.

A call to prove wrong

Before every run, Flint reads your recent runs and makes a call. Beat it, and it admits it was wrong.

Before your run Your last 6 runs put your limit around 5 km today. Go past it.

Choose how hard we push

Warm by default. Switch on savage mode if you want to be told you won't do it. Always about effort — never about your body.

An honest board

A drive logged as a run doesn't count. Runs faster than any human, backdated runs and runs posted for someone else are rejected.

  • Pace checked on every run
  • Server-side timestamps
  • Your runs, only from you

Nudge a clubmate who's gone quiet

Notice someone hasn't run in a while? One tap sends a nudge, a challenge or a cheer. One of each per person per day — enough to be noticed, never enough to spam.

Flint · now Rahul from Sunrise Runners is wondering where you are.

For club organisers

See your club between Saturdays.

Free for clubs. Share one link in your WhatsApp group and your whole club is on the map.

  • Who's slipping. A weekly list of members who've gone quiet — nudge them in one tap before they're gone.
  • Your week in one card. A ready-to-share recap: how far the club ran, and how much of the city it lit up.
  • Proof for sponsors. Real, measured club activity — not just a logo on a T-shirt.

Questions

Fair questions.

Is it free?

Yes, for runners and for clubs.

Do I have to stop using my current running app?

No. Flint is being built to pick up runs through Android Health Connect, so your runs can count for your club without switching apps. You can also track directly in Flint.

Can people see where I live?

No. The start and end of every run are hidden, and the map only ever shows a club's colour — never which person ran which street.

What if I'm injured or resting?

Rest is part of training. Your club keeps the city lit together, so one person resting doesn't put it out.
